Shipping
Beauty
Magnets will be shipped via Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation. A Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged in
California. Shipping & Handling
$5.00 within the Continental US. Shipping may require 7-14 business days for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address.
Returns
Your
request for a refund has been received. Please return
the unused Beauty Magnets, the black mesh bag to the
following address, Beauty Magnets PMB 410, 7985 Santa
Monica Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90046, and your account
will be credited full purchase price, less shipping.
If you are returning merchandise which is damaged or
defective, please email us the problem so we can issue
you a return authorization.

on to supply medical benefits and are not a substitute for
proper medical care. You are advised to consult with your
physician and health provider before utilizing any Beauty

you are assuming full responsibility for the safe and proper
use of these devices and you will only use the Beauty Magnets
in accordance with the instructions set forth in the directions
which accompany the Beauty Magnets and appear in the informational
instruction brochure and web page. Further, this will constitute
an implied indemnity that you as the buyer of the Beauty
Magnets agree to indemnity and hold harmless the supplier
and manufacturer of Beauty Magnets from any consumer claims
against these products or their ultimate use.
Under
no circumstances should the Beauty Magnets be used over
any open wound. In addition, any persons having any medical
devices or utilizing medical assistance such as a pacemaker,
defibrillator, implanted insulin pump, or any other electronic
or magnetic medical device should not use the Beauty Magnets
unless you receive prior initial approval from your treating
physician. Pregnant women should not use Beauty Magnets
under any circumstances during their pregnancy. In addition,
the Beauty Magnets should not be used with any Transdermal
Drug Delivery patches.
The
Beauty Magnets are intended for use by individuals over
the age of 18 years and children should not use or play
with Beauty Magnets. Beauty Magnets should be kept at least
six inches away from any electronic device such as computers.
In addition, any other device which contains a magnetic
strip such as a credit card should be kept away from the
Beauty Magnets and Beauty Magnets must not be placed in
direct contact with any magnetic device such as credit cards
or any other card having a magnetic strip.
Beauty
Magnets are intended for the beneficial effects as set forth
in the directions and instruction book but Beauty Magnets
are not sold as a cure for any disease. Finally, Beauty
Magnets are not intended to be a medical device and the
purchaser should not rely on any benefits to be received
from Beauty Magnets as a substitute for proper medical care.
